Welcome! Incoming 2011 President Doug McEachern

With many thanks to the dedicated service of Norm Doerges last year, we welcome Doug McEachern as President of the Upper Rancho Homeowner's Association (HOA) for 2011.  Norm will remain as Vice President and Board member.

Doug is a partner of Deloitte & Touche LLP and has served on the board of Methodist Hospital in Arcadia since the early 1990s.   Doug is joined by his wife Jan, who has served on the HOA Board.  Both Doug and Jan have been Upper Rancho residents and active community volunteers for over 15 years.

Among the many initiatives for 2011 are the following:

• Increase membership and involvement in the Upper Rancho HOA among current residents;
• Provide greater visibility and transparency as to the activities of the Upper Rancho HOA and its Architectural Review Board ("ARB"); and
• Provide better access to resouces and information pertaining to the maintenance of the integrity of our neighborhood.
